What does the grooming process look like?

Every session begins with a personalized health check, followed by a double bath with specialty shampoos, conditioning, a relaxing blow-dry, and professional styling tailored to your pet's unique needs.

How do you determine grooming prices?

Our rates are based on your pet's breed, size, coat condition, and behavior. We believe in transparency and offer clear estimates prior to every appointment based on the required care.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

Standard grooming sessions typically last between 1.5 to 2 hours for small to medium dogs, 2 to 3 hours for L to XL dogs, and 3+ hours for heavy de-sheds. We prioritize precision and comfort over speed, ensuring your pet has a stress-free experience without feeling rushed.

Are vaccinations required for my dog or cat?

Yes, for the health and safety of all our guests, dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Cats require Rabies and FVRCP. Vaccination proof is required before the first visit. Titer tests may be applicable.

What is your policy for cancellations?

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. This policy helps us manage our small boutique schedule and respect the time of our stylists and other clients on our waiting list. Cancellation fees - First missed appointment is no charge (we get it, stuff happens!). Second missed appointment - $50. Third missed appointment- full grooming price. 15 minutes late may result in cancelation.

How do you handle nervous or reactive pets?

We specialize in compassionate care for sensitive pets. Our team uses gentle handling techniques, takes breaks if needed, and maintains a calm environment to ensure even the most reactive pets feel safe throughout the process.
